This popular salad, traditionally made green papaya is made, comes from the Isan, a province in northeast Thailand. If you don't like papayas or they are not commercially available from you, you can also use cucumber or various fruits as a substitute.

Tip: If you are a vegetarian, leave the crabs aside and replace the fish sauce soy sauce.

Recipe for 2 portions - duration depends on your skill (about 30 minutes)

  • 1 clove of garlic
