Had Thong Lang (Golden, deserted beach), is a small bay between Maehad and Chaloklam, There are no bungalow resorts on the beach and the bay is actually deserted.
There are some huts near the beach, but most of the time they are deserted. A bar is currently being built on the beach.
The bay has very shallow water and an enclosing coral reef. Behind this reef it is easy to snorkel.
You reach Haad Thong Lang for Longtai boat from Chaloklam or Maehad. Meanwhile, the way with the scooter or on foot is quite passable and only the last meters not paved.
