Koh Phangan has much to offer. Long White beaches, dense palm forests, culinary specialties and impressive waterfalls. These should not be missing in the repertoire of an island in the Thai Gulf, not even on Koh Phangan and so there are some waterfalls worth seeing on the island. The waterfall can be reached after a short hiking trail of about ten to twenty minutes. Start is at the Than Sadet National Park, which is easily reached by scooter. This is about 10 minutes drive north from the port city Thong Sala Out. From there on you can also start a hiking tour through the National Park, both runs at the beginning of the same way. Wang Sai in the northwest of the island

The Wang Sai Waterfall is located on the northwest coast of the island, near Mae Haad, You can reach this if you drive entang the coast north of the island. Than Sadet

The Than Sadet waterfall is located in the east of the island. He is said to be the most beautiful waterfall on Koh Phangan. Thaan Prawet is another long scenic series of waterfalls that you either see Thong Nai Pan Noi beach or from the main road over the bay. The waterfall is located in the very north of the island. It can be reached if you do not turn right at the roundabout Than Sadet turn off, but just continue straight ahead. Although it has the path in itself, but is worthwhile. The Paradise Waterfalls are another popular excursion point. Although there is little space to relax there, there is a large collecting basin that is deep enough to be able to jump in. Another good thing is that you can ride a scooter to the waterfall and only have to walk the last few meters.
